The Health Research Society of Canterbury (HRSC) was formed in 1971 (as the Christchurch Medical Research Society, CMRS). Its role is to provide a forum for the presentation of health research and to promote such research generally. Membership is open to all people either involved in or simply interested in health research.

Upcoming C4 meeting:

The next Canterbury Comprehensive Cancer Centre (C4) meeting will be on Wednesday 25 October at 11.30am-12.30pm in the Oncology Tutorial Room, Ground Floor, Parkside West, Christchurch Hospital. An agenda will be circulated closer to the meeting date, and anyone is welcome to attend.
